heads down in the spare bedroom turned studio, the conversation turns back to the golden age of cowboys; 1867-1886. cowboys and cowboys, pirates and cowboys, pirates and the hubble space telescope. there's a middle ground in all of this somewhere i'm sure.

cowboys & cowgirls

not sure where it came from but there is a definite twang resonating from the studio. joel and i are like wieners sizzling on an open fire. can't wait to get off the stick. album's a hair away from completely written and plan is to have a single on teacher's desk come back to school, record ready for the winter.
expect open space, harvest moons, tin can telephones, some sticks & stones and maybe a few broken bones.
beaming ear to ear grins. a touch pleased with where we're going.

we've been reminded time and time again of the importance of an online presence and considering our aversion to social networking, a blog seems our best option - first and foremost as an exercise to enlighten our own sieve brains when all this is done and dusted. assuming no binary tsunami wipes away all the online content, we'll be able to look back and reminisce...
